There shouldn’t be a gap between the underscore and the conclusion of the italicized section. The textbox will now display the text in italics that is in between the underscores.
The remainder of your message should be typed.
Press the send button. The exchange will be recorded in the discussion log. Without the underscores at either end of the italicized section, the text will display in italics.
