Tap WhatsApp as you scroll down. There will be a menu of notification options.

You can ignore incoming WhatsApp calls by turning on Do Not Disturb mode on your iPhone or iPad, even if there is no method to completely disable WhatsApp calls.
You won’t get any notifications, vibrations, or screen illumination when your smartphone is in Do Not Disturb mode.
